Whitelisting the Scanner

If you have a web application firewall in place on your site or another form of blocking, it could be blocking our scanner from getting to your site. In this case, you will need to whitelist the IP address of our scanner in order to allow it access.

Our Scanners IP is:

132.220.164.110

Note: This generally won't change, but should we need to change it we will make sure to communicate the change via email before it takes place
