Are you using Cloudflare or another proxy service? 

If you are using Cloudflare or another proxy service, it is vital that you follow the instructions below to whitelist the CookieScan website scanner. If you are using a provider other than Cloudflare, please use the UserAgent string detailed below and whitelist it using your providers instructions on whitelisting UserAgents

Whitelisting the User Agent of our scanner

The first step to successfully having CookieScan scrape your site for cookies is to whitelist the IP address of the scanner. 

1. Log into your Cloudflare account and find the Security tab in the left menu. Click on WAF.

2. Navigate to the Firewall rules tab.

3. Click on Create firewall Rule

4. Name your new Firewall rule.

5. Set Field to User Agent, Operator to Equals and Value to

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko, compatible, CookieScan/1.0) HeadlessChrome/123.0.6267.0 Safari/537.36

6. Set Then... to Allow

7. Click Deploy.
